Course Content

Our Reformer Pilates class takes place on the Reformer, a specially designed apparatus that uses springs and pulleys to provide resistance and increase the intensity of exercises. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of controlled movements, built upon the foundational Pilates principles, that will help you improve your strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness.
