Wing Chun is a Chinese martial art that emphasizes using speed and technique over strength and size to overcome an opponent. It focuses on close-quarter combat, rapid punches, and tight defense. Legend has it that it was created by a Buddhist nun, Ng Mui.

Course Content

Our Wing Chun class allows you to learn a unique and effective Southern Chinese martial art that emphasizes close-quarter combat and linear force. Guided by our experienced instructors, you will learn fundamental techniques such as basic stances, punches, blocks, and footwork. You will also experience Wing Chun’s signature “sticky hands” and “wooden dummy” techniques.
