Known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," our Muay Thai class provides a full-body workout using combinations of punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. You'll learn proper technique, build strength, endurance, and coordination while improving your self-defense skills under the guidance of our experienced instructors. All levels are welcome.
