Course Content

Our Jujutsu class will teach you the fundamentals of a traditional Japanese martial art that emphasizes throwing, joint-locking, and choking techniques. Our experienced instructors will guide you on how to apply these techniques safely and effectively, while also helping you understand the principles of posture, balance, and body movement. In addition to improving your self-defense skills, Jujutsu will help you to increase your strength, flexibility, and coordination.
