Step

Step is a type of fitness that emerged in the late 1980s and has grown in popularity. Although step aerobics is a low-impact exercise, it is very beneficial because it provides high calorie burning and works many muscle groups. It also helps increase bone density and improve balance.

Course Content

In our Step classes, movements are performed to the accompaniment of fast-paced music, using a platform (step board) that can be adjusted to different heights. These movements consist of basic step combinations and the difficulty level can be increased according to the level of the class. Step is a very effective workout for burning calories, improving cardiovascular health, and strengthening leg and hip muscles.
