Course Content

In our gymnastics classes, you will work with experienced trainers in groups appropriate to your age and level. You will learn basic gymnastics movements while increasing your flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness. In our classes, you will have the opportunity to improve yourself using various equipment such as parallel bars, balance beams, vaulting horses.
